TRAINING AND DISCIPLESHIP
SOME HCFN TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The Training is ” Healthcare Christian Fellowship Training By Extension ” (HCFTE).
The vision of HCFTE is based on the International training vision of HCFI. It is our vision that healthcare staff worldwide will be trained to serve the Lord Jesus Christ with excellence in their work situations so that through their witness in words and deeds, they may effectively minister to the total needs ( body, soul and spirit) of patients, staff and others in the health field and local Churches.
Healthcare Christian Fellowship Training by Extension has three main parts:
1. Self study at home.
2. Practical Field Assignment ( usually in the learner’s place of work or ministry).
3 Group meetings for the purpose of discussion and application of lessons, reporting on practical assignments, evaluation, etc.
The courses provided for use in HCFTE are called Biblical Healthcare Extension courses (BHE).

HCFTE was organized to accommodate many healthcare workers who desire to be trained in Christian health field Discipleship courses but cannot participate in full residential courses (provided at HCFI training centre) due to busy schedules and other reasons.
